Terms of use
These terms govern your use of aequus.money. They are not the terms of any engagement — advisory work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Who operates this site
Aequus Money is a brand of Moobil Ventures SASU, Clamart, France. Enquiries: the contact page.
This site is information, not advice
Everything published here — practice descriptions, event debriefs, research and commentary — is general information about what we do and what we observe in the market. It is not legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or investment advice, and it is not an offer to provide any service. Nothing on this site creates an advisory or client relationship. Reading it is no substitute for advice on your own circumstances; if you need that, talk to us or to a qualified professional.
Accuracy
Digital-asset regulation and market structure move quickly. We write carefully and date what we publish, but we do not warrant that any page is complete, current, or free from error, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice. Figures describing the Stablemap dataset reflect its state when the page was written.
Stablemap
Stablemap is an internal platform. Access is restricted to Aequus team members, clients, and advisors, and is granted by us in writing. Nothing on this site grants a right of access to it.
Intellectual property
The content, design, wordmark, and name Aequus Money belong to Moobil Ventures SASU, Clamart, France or its licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to these pages. You may not republish substantial parts, or use our name or marks to imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist, without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third parties we do so because we think they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site or from its unavailability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use this site somewhere that makes any part of it unlawful, that part does not apply to you and the rest still stands.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
